To provide a technique capable of improving the use feeling when closing a wiring cover.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device of a double-hinged wiring cover 3 which is provided so as to block a wiring opening 11 formed on a top plate 1 of furniture with the top plate and can rotate in the direction of erecting to the one end side and in the direction of erecting to the other end side of a pair of use ends of the top plate 1 includes a brake part 4.
