To provide a game machine capable of stably retaining a bottom plate of an overflow box at an open position.SOLUTION: A game machine is provided, comprising: a box 360 having an upper opening capable of receiving medals (tokens) and a bottom opening capable of discharging medals outside; a bottom plate 380 capable of being displaced between a first position and a second position, and between the second position and a third position; and a groove portion 375 capable of retaining the bottom plate 380 at the third position. It is more difficult for the bottom opening to discharge medals in a state where the bottom plate 380 is disposed at the first position than in a state where the bottom plate 380 is disposed at the third position.
