【課題】精度が良好であり低コストである空調機器の電力量予測システム及び空調機器の操作システムを提供する。【解決手段】電力量予測システムE1において、携帯端末1は、各種の情報が取得される情報取得手段4と、情報を演算可能である演算手段8と、を備える。情報取得手段は、外気温空調設定温度差T、建物の築年数に応じた築年数補正係数b、空間の床面積である空調面積s、空調機器の予定される運転時間である運転予定時間t、空調機器の容量別のCOP値Cp、空調機器の製造年に応じた空調機器製造年補正係数m、空調機器の前記外気温Toによる効率の補正係数である外気温機器効率補正係数Co及び空調機器の空調設定温度機器効率補正係数Cs、あるいはこれらの情報に関連する関連情報を取得する。演算手段は、上記の各値により所定の式を用いて、予測に係る空調機器の消費電力量pを演算する。【選択図】図1 |
