To provide a gasket which is space-saving, and which can be stably installed between two members to be sealed.SOLUTION: A gasket is interposed in a compressed state between a first member 2 and a second member 3 integrated with each other. An annular body portion 6 is included, which is clipped between a planar first surface 21a of the first member 2 and a planar second surface 31a of the second member 3. On at least one 6b of surfaces opposite to the first surface 21a and the second surface 31a in the body portion 6, a seal portion 7 elastically contacted with the first surface 21a or the second surface 31a is provided over the whole circumference of the body portion 6. On outer peripheral side of the body portion 6, a color holding portion 10 for holding a collar 13 is integrally provided so as to project out in a width direction of the body portion.
