The electrically conductive network (26) comprises a metal, which is, e.g., copper or aluminum. The electrically conductive network (26) may comprise an electrically conductive non-metal, which is, e.g., graphene or carbon nanotubes. The fiber reinforcement material (28) comprises at least one of glass fiber and carbon fiber.
