The coupler (10) includes a coupler body (11), a coupling lock lever (13), and a coupling lock (12). The coupler body (11) includes a coupling surface (111) and a guide part (112). The guide part (112) includes a lock chamber (1120). The coupling lock (12) has a semicircular shape in a horizontal cross sectional view. The coupling lock (12) is applied with a load from the coupling lock lever (13) when railway vehicles are separated from each other. Accordingly, the coupling lock (12) is pushed to a wall surface (1120a) of the lock chamber (1120) to be rotated toward the other railway vehicle side. A recessed part (1120c) is formed on the wall surface (1120a) in a region at the other railway vehicle side from a position where a tip part (123) of the coupling lock (12) faces in a coupled state of the railway vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】連結錠の表面及び/又は錠室の壁面におけるかじりきずの発生を低減することができる鉄道車両用の連結器を提供する。【解決手段】連結器(10)は、鉄道車両を他の鉄道車両に連結する。連結器(10)は、連結器体(11)と、連結錠レバー(13)と、連結錠(12)と、を備える。連結器体(11)は、連結面(111)と、案内部(112)と、を含む。案内部(112)は、錠室(1120)を有する。連結錠(12)は、その水平断面視で半円状をなす。連結錠(12)には、鉄道車両同士が分割される際、連結錠レバー(13)から荷重が負荷される。これにより、連結錠(12)は、錠室(1120)の壁面(1120a)に押し付けられて他の鉄道車両側に回転する。壁面(1120a)のうち、連結状態において連結錠(12)の先端部(123)が対向する位置から他の鉄道車両側の領域には、凹部(1120c)が形成されている。【選択図】図3 |
