Zusammenfassung:	To provide a rotary tool device capable of easily supplying a lubricant, and a machine tool.SOLUTION: A rotary tool device comprises a motor for tool rotation, and a drive gear 61 that rotates on the axis of rotation together with a cartridge-type tool unit 70a by operating the motor for tool rotation.
