Zusammenfassung:To provide a handle operation assistance device and a handle operation assistance program capable of guiding a user with a speed at which a handle is to be rotated within one rotation of a handle of a fishing reel.SOLUTION: A handle operation assistance device comprises: a handle angular speed measurement unit for measuring a handle angular speed on the basis of an output of a sensor unit which is provided to detect an angular speed corresponding to rotation of a handle of a fishing reel; an error calculation unit for calculating an error of the handle angular speed with respect to a reference angular speed; and a reporting unit for reporting the error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】釣り用リールのハンドルの１回転内でハンドルを回転させるべき速度をユーザに案内できるハンドル操作支援装置およびハンドル操作支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】魚釣用リールのハンドルの回転に応じた角速度を検出するように設けられるセンサ部の出力に基づいてハンドル角速度を測定するハンドル角速度測定部と、ハンドル角速度の基準角速度に対する誤差を算出する誤差算出部と、誤差に関する報知を行う報知部とを備えてハンドル操作支援装置を構成する。【選択図】図３
