Zusammenfassung:	To provide a lifting/lowering system that suppresses occurrence of interruption by lowering a pantograph in the event of an earthquake to reduce downtime.SOLUTION: A lifting/lowering system for a pantograph 10 for a railroad vehicle includes: an information detection device 60 for acquiring earthquake occurrence information; and a push-up device 50 for lifting and lowering the pantograph. When the information detection device acquires earthquake occurrence information, the push-up device is driven to lower the pantograph and separates the pantograph from an overhead power line that is installed above a railroad track.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】地震発生時にパンタグラフを降下させることで割込みの発生を抑制し、ダウンタイムを低減する昇降システムを提供する。【解決手段】鉄道車両用パンタグラフ１０の昇降システムであって、地震の発生情報を取得する情報検知装置６０と、パンタグラフを昇降させるための押上装置５０と、を有する。押上装置は、情報検知装置が地震の発生情報を取得した際に駆動して、パンタグラフを降下させ、軌条の上方に架設された架線とパンタグラフとを離隔させる。【選択図】図３
