MOVABLE OR INSTALLATION TYPE RESTING UNIT (HEREIN AFTER MRU) AND OPERATION SYSTEM THEREFOR USING INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (HEREINAFTER ICT)

To provide an MRU operation system, using an ICT device terminal, that allows a store etc., having a function convenient to a user, to contribute to improvement in user's convenience by arranging and installing the MRU in a property-concerned person's site or adjacently to a property-concerned person's store, and making human work and economical costs for commercial activities as small as possible.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system which records and manages, on a server, utilization of facilities and commercial activities through inclusive data transmission and reception by utilizing programs and an information communication device using ICT, and the system uses an ICT device terminal 1-a such as a smart phone that a user owns, or a management operation-side ICT device terminal 3-b to identify the user by a program in a management operation-side server 3-a, and comprises functions for store entry, purchasing action, payment, store exiting, booking and use for improvement in convenience to users, on-site payment, pre-payment, post-payment, and article purchase and selling functions, and further comprises functions for advertisement etc., and functions for notification to a property concerned person and profit distribution based upon a contract between the management operation side and the property concerned person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】物件関係者敷地内又は物件関係者店舗隣にＭＲＵを配置および設置し、商業活動に掛かる人的作業及び経済的コストを極力少なくし利用者に便利な機能を併せ持つ店舗等が利用者の利便性向上に資するＩＣＴ機器端末を用いたＭＲＵ運営システムを提供する。【解決手段】ＩＣＴを用いたプログラムおよび情報通信機器を活用し包括的なデータの送受信で施設の利用並びに商行為行動をサーバ上で記録管理するシステムであって、利用者所有のスマートフォン等ＩＣＴ機器端末１−ａ、もしくは管理運営側ＩＣＴ機器端末３−ｂを用いて、管理運営側サーバ３−ａ内プログラムにより利用者の本人認証を行い、入店、購買行動、清算、退店、ユーザーの利便性向上ための予約および利用、その場で支払い・前払い・後払い、物品購入販売機能を備え、さらに広告等の機能、物件関係者に通知及び管理運営側と物件関係者との契約に基づく利益分配機能を備える。【選択図】図１
