Zusammenfassung:	To enable proposal of appropriate recipes matching specifications of kitchen electric appliances or a user's personal taste.SOLUTION: A recipe proposal device 10 includes a recipe storage unit 100 that stores recipes, and a recipe proposal unit 101.
