FITTING AND FITTING CONTROL UNIT

To provide a fitting and a fitting control unit which are capable of easily realizing noiseless design without restricting the position of a handle, reducing the number of operations for opening a door body, and securing easiness of operation.SOLUTION: A fitting comprises: lock mechanism units 6 and 7 for locking a door body 3 in a state where the door body 3 is closed; and a latch mechanism unit 8 for latching the door body. Operation devices are provided for the lock mechanism units 6 and 7 and the latch mechanism unit 8. The operation devices include a manual operation device 100 and an electric operation device 102. In the latch mechanism unit 8, when a latch bolt 30 pushes a receiving member 31c by receiving force of a person who tries to open the door body 3 in the unlocked and latched state, the receiving member 31c is displaced to release a holding of the latch bolt 30.
