【課題】本発明の課題は、パームオイル製造工程から排出されるPOMEを用いて微細藻類を効率的に増殖させることができる培養方法と微細藻類から高付加価値有価物を効率的に生産する方法を提供することである。【解決手段】POMEを用いDHA(ドコサヘキサエン酸)といったω-3多価不飽和脂肪酸を産生する従属栄養性微細藻類を培養することで、これらの従属栄養性微細藻類が効率良く増殖されるとともにDHAが高濃度で生産される。【選択図】図1 |
