Zusammenfassung:	To provide a power supply device, a vehicle, and a power supply control device, capable of reducing the number of components and reducing the size of the entire device.SOLUTION: In a vehicle V, a power supply device 100 includes a battery unit 110 having: a resistance element 113 connected in series to a battery 111; and a connector 114 connected in series to the battery and connected in parallel to the resistance element. In the power supply device, the battery unit includes: a detection unit 112 provided for each of a plurality of batteries connected in parallel and for detecting a state of the battery; and a control unit 130 for controlling the connector. The control unit determines whether any one of the batteries has failed on the basis of a state of the battery detected by the detection unit.
