To make it possible to detect abnormalities of signal measurement means.SOLUTION: A control part 101 controls a selection part 210, and connects a signal line 11a, a signal line 11c, a signal line 11d, which are connected to the selection part 210, and a signal line connected to a dummy circuit 110 sequentially to an AD conversion port. The control part 101 measures a voltage for each of the connected signal lines, calculates a current value I of an electric current flowing in the connected signal line from the measured voltage, and records the calculated current value. The control part 101 detects an abnormality of hardware for measuring the voltage of the signal line and an abnormality of the signal line, on the basis of a measurement result of the current value of the electric current flowing in the dummy circuit 110 and a measurement result of the current value of the electric current flowing in the signal line other than the signal line connected to the dummy circuit 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】信号の測定手段の異常を検知できるようにする。【解決手段】制御部１０１は、選択部２１０を制御し、選択部２１０に接続されている信号線１１ａ、信号線１１ｃ、信号線１１ｄおよびダミー回路１１０に接続されている信号線を順次ＡＤ変換ポートへ接続する。制御部１０１は、接続された信号線毎に電圧を測定し、接続された信号線に流れる電流の電流値Ｉを、測定した電圧から算出し、算出した電流値を記録する。制御部１０１は、ダミー回路１１０を流れる電流の電流値の測定結果と、ダミー回路１１０に接続された信号線以外の信号線を流れる電流の電流値の測定結果に基づいて、信号線の電圧を測定するハードウェアの異常と信号線の異常を検知する。【選択図】図１
