Zusammenfassung:To provide a physical quantity measuring device with which it is possible to easily adjust an electronic circuit unit.SOLUTION: A physical quantity measuring device comprises: a cylindrical case 2 provided with an open hole 25; a sensor module; a joint; a lid member; a circuit board 6 having an electronic circuit unit and an electronic adjustment unit 63; a seal member 8 attached to the open hole 25; and an adjustment member 9 capable of adjusting the electronic adjustment unit 63. The electronic adjustment unit 63 includes a unit 631 to be engaged which is arranged facing the open hole 25, and the seal member 8 is provided with an accommodation recess 83 that opens on the outside of the cylindrical case 2 and a continuous hole 84 for allowing the accommodation recess 83 and the inside of the cylindrical case 2 to communicate.
