COMMON MODE NOISE FILTER

To provide a common mode noise filter for ultra-high-speed data communication which can attenuate the common mode noise generated in a low frequency region.SOLUTION: A common mode noise filter includes a common mode filter unit 14 composed of a first coil 12 and a second coil 13 that are magnetically coupled, first and second inductor units 15a and 15b, first and second capacitor units 16a and 16b, a laminate formed by forming and laminating the units on an insulator layer, and first to fourth external electrodes 18a to 18d formed on the surface of the laminate. A first circuit unit 19 in which the first inductor unit 15a and the first capacitor unit 16a are connected in series is connected to both ends of the first coil 12.
