Zusammenfassung: | To provide a synchronous signal converter for increasing a degree of freedom in system construction by achieving a system synchronized with the GNSS reference time even in an environment where it is difficult to receive a GNSS signal.SOLUTION: The synchronous signal converter is so configured that a broadcast wave synchronous signal acquiring unit 11 acquires broadcast wave time information from a broadcast wave, a timing adjustment unit 14 receives a GNSS signal and acquires a reference timing signal and calculates an offset value which is a difference between the GNSS reference time and the broadcast wave time information using the timing signal, a synchronous signal converter 12 corrects the broadcast wave time information using the offset value to generate corrected time information synchronized with the GNSS reference time, and an IMES signal transmitting unit 13 generates a navigation message including the corrected time information and outputs the IMES signal to a base station device 5 on the receiving side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 GNSS信号の受信が困難な環境であっても、GNSSの基準時刻に同期したシステムを実現し、システム構築の自由度を増大させる同期信号変換装置を提供する。【解決手段】 放送波同期信号取得部11が、放送波から放送波時刻情報を取得し、タイミング調整部14が、GNSS信号を受信して基準タイミング信号を取得すると共に、当該タイミング信号を用いてGNSSの基準時刻と放送波時刻情報との差分であるオフセット値を算出し、同期信号変換部12が、当該オフセット値を用いて放送波時刻情報を補正して、GNSS基準時刻に同期した補正済み時刻情報を生成し、IMES信号送出部13が、補正済み時刻情報を含む航法メッセージを生成してIMES信号を受信側の基地局装置5に出力する同期信号変換装置としている。【選択図】 図2 |
