ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE AND ATTACHMENT METHOD

To provide an attachment structure capable of improving sealability at an attachment part for attaching an insertion body, such as a harness, to a through hole.SOLUTION: An attachment structure includes a mating body 10 provided on the outer boundary of a harness 8 and closing the gap of the through hole inside by mating with the through hole, a mating component 9 having a flange part 11 abutting on an enclosure side abutment surface 21, i.e., the opening end outer peripheral surface of the through hole, an annular passage 22 formed in an endless annular shape between the enclosure side abutment surface 21 and the flange part 11, an inlet 23 formed in the external surface of an enclosure 1, a communication passage 24 for impregnation formed in the wall part of the enclosure 1 and interconnecting the inlet 23 and the annular passage 22, one or more open passages 26 having one end communicating with the annular passage 22 and extending from the one end along the enclosure side abutment surface 21 in a direction separating from the through hole, and the other end opening to the outside, and a liquid gasket 30 filling the annular passage 22, the communication passage for impregnation and the open passages 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】ハーネス等の挿入体を貫通穴に取り付ける取付け部のシール性を向上可能な取付け構造を提供する。【解決手段】ハーネス８の外周に設けられると共に貫通穴に嵌合されて貫通穴内面の隙間を塞ぐ嵌合本体部１０、及び貫通穴の開口端外周面である筐体側当接面２１に当接するフランジ部１１を有する嵌合部品９と、筐体側当接面２１とフランジ部１１との間に無端環状に形成された環状通路２２と、筐体１の外面に形成された注入口２３と、筐体１の壁部内に形成されて注入口２３と環状通路２２とを連通する注入用連通路２４と、一端部が環状通路２２に連通して一端部から筐体側当接面２１に沿って貫通穴から離れる方向に延在し他端部が外部に開放された１つ以上の開放通路２６と、環状通路２２、注入用連通路及び開放通路２６に充填された液状ガスケット３０と、を備える。【選択図】図７
