Zusammenfassung: | To suppress displacement of an electrode position of a relay device.SOLUTION: A vacuum relay 1 includes an insulating container 2, a COM (common) electrode terminal 3, an A contact electrode terminal 4 and a B contact electrode terminal 5 which are fixed to the insulating container 2, a movable electrode 6 provided to the COM electrode terminal 3, and a driving unit 7 for driving the movable electrode 6. A constricted portion 4a having a smaller diameter than the other portions is formed in the A contact electrode terminal 4. A cavity portion 4b extending in an axial direction of the A contact electrode terminal 4 is formed in the A contact electrode terminal 4. An adjustment screw (not shown) is screwed into the cavity portion 4b to adjust the length of the A contact electrode terminal 4. A constricted portion 5a having a smaller diameter than the other portions is formed in the B contact electrode terminal 5. A cavity portion 5b extending in an axial direction of the B contact electrode terminal 5 is formed in the B contact electrode terminal 5. An adjusting screw 9 is screwed into the cavity portion 5b to adjust the length of the B contact electrode terminal 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】リレー装置の電極位置のずれを抑制する。【解決手段】絶縁容器2と、絶縁容器2に固定されるCOM(コモン)電極端子3、A接点電極端子4およびB接点電極端子5と、COM電極端子3に備えられる可動電極6と、可動電極6を動作させる駆動部7と、を備える真空リレー1である。A接点電極端子4に径が他の部分より小さい括れ部4aを形成する。A接点電極端子4に、A接点電極端子4の軸方向に延びる空洞部4bを形成する。空洞部4bに調整用ねじ(図示せず)をねじ込んで、A接点電極端子4の長さを調整する。B接点電極端子5に径が他の部分より小さい括れ部5aを形成する。B接点電極端子5に、B接点電極端子5の軸方向に延びる空洞部5bを形成する。空洞部5bに調整用ねじ9をねじ込んでB接点電極端子5の長さを調整する。【選択図】図1 |
