Zusammenfassung:To provide an image formation device that can reduce tonner spilling from a developing roll as compared with a case where a passage width of a passage for transferring from a mixing section that mixes a carrier with tonner to a supply section side is constant.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes: a mixing section provided with a tonner supply section for supplying tonner and an input section for inputting a developer containing a carrier having a specific gravity larger than that of the tonner in order from the upstream side, and transferring the developer in which the carrier and the tonner are mixed to a downstream side; a passage through which the developer transferred from the mixing section passes; a supply section for supplying the developer transferred through the passage to a developing roll; and a suppression member for suppressing a passage rate of the passage as the tonner concentration of the developer passing through the passage increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】トナーにキャリアを混合する混合部から供給部側へ移送する通路の通路幅が一定の場合と比較して、現像ロールからのトナーこぼれを抑制することができる画像形成装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】トナーを供給する為のトナー供給部及びトナーより比重が大きいキャリアが含まれた現像剤を投入する為の投入部が上流側から順に設けられ、キャリアとトナーとを混合した現像剤を下流側へ移送する混合部と、該混合部から移送された現像剤が通過する通路と、該通路より移送された現像剤を現像ロールに供給する供給部と、前記通路を通過する現像剤のトナー濃度の上昇に伴って当該通路の通過量を抑制する抑制部材と、を備えた画像形成装置である。【選択図】図7
