Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for determining the composition and the concentration of elements of a water-containing deposited material more accurately.SOLUTION: The method for determining the composition and the concentration of elements of a water-containing deposited material according to the present invention uses a fluorescent X-ray analyzer. The method for determination includes the steps of: acquiring transmission X-ray intensity image data and fluorescent X-ray intensity image data for a water-containing deposited material; determining the water content of the water-containing deposited material by using the transmission X-ray intensity image data; correcting the influence of the water content of the fluorescent X-ray intensity image data; and determining the content of elements of the water-containing deposited material from the fluorescent X-ray intensity image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】含水堆積物の元素組成と濃度を従来よりも正確に定量する定量方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の含水堆積物の組成と元素濃度を定量する方法は、蛍光X線分析装置を用いた定量方法である。定量方法は、含水堆積物の透過X線強度画像データと蛍光X線強度画像データを取得する工程と、透過X線強度画像データを用いて含水堆積物の含水率を決定する工程と、蛍光X線強度画像データの含水率の影響を補正する工程と、蛍光X線強度画像データから、含水堆積物の元素含有量を定量する工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図15
