IN-PIPE FLUID FREEZER

To provide an in-pipe fluid freezer which can freeze an in-pipe fluid without remarkably lowering the quality of a steel pipe even if the pipe for use in piping is a carbon-steel made steel pipe.SOLUTION: A cooling medium liquid 10 is accommodated in a thermal insulation vessel 2 which a pipe 1 for existing piping penetrates. An agitator for homogenizing a liquid temperature is tagged with 11, and a liquid thermometer is tagged with 12. The cooling medium liquid 10 in an immersion vessel 20 and the cooling medium liquid 10 in the thermal insulation vessel 2 circulate by circulation piping 30 and a circulation pump 31. A liquid cooling material 41 is accommodated in a liquid cooling material accommodation vessel 40. By immersing the immersion vessel 20 into the liquid cooling material 41, the liquid temperature of the cooling medium liquid 10 in the thermal insulation vessel 2 is lowered, and an in-pipe fluid in the pipe 1 is frozen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】配管用のパイプが炭素鋼製の鋼管である場合でも、その鋼管の品質を著しく低下させることなく管内流体物を凍結させることができる管内流体の凍結装置の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】既設の配管用のパイプ１が貫通している断熱容器２には、冷却媒体液１０が収納されている。１１は液温を均一化するための攪拌機、１２は液温計である。浸漬容器２０内の冷却媒体液１０と断熱容器２内の冷却媒体液１０は、循環用配管３０，循環ポンプ３１により循環している。液体冷却材収納容器４０内には液体冷却材４１が収納されている。浸漬容器２０を液体冷却材４１に浸すことにより、断熱容器２内の冷却媒体液１０の液温が下がって、パイプ１内の管内流体物が凍結する。【選択図】図１
