Zusammenfassung:	To provide a water repellent composition for fiber that imparts excellent water repellent property and water infiltration preventing property to a fiber base material with the fiber base material imparted with the properties having sufficient peeling strength, and to provide a water repellent fiber product and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A water repellent composition comprises an acrylic resin having a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylate monomer (A) and/or a urethane resin having a structural unit derived from a specific polyfunctional compound and a structural unit derived from an isocyanate compound, an organo-modified silicone, and a wax.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】繊維基材に優れた撥水性及び水浸み防止性を付与するとともに、かかる特性が付与された繊維基材が十分な剥離強度を有する繊維用撥水剤組成物並びに撥水性繊維製品及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】撥水剤組成物は、（メタ）アクリル酸エステル単量体（Ａ）に由来する構成単位を有するアクリル樹脂及び／又は特定の多官能化合物由来の構造単位とイソシアネート化合物由来の構造単位とを有するウレタン樹脂とオルガノ変性シリコーンと、ワックスとを含有する。【選択図】なし
