OPENING/CLOSING BOX AND BOX-SHAPED PACKAGED FOOD

To provide an opening/closing box and a box-shaped packaged food that can open and close a hole for taking out a content by a simple operation at a low cost.SOLUTION: An opening/closing box 101 has a storage space S for storing an individually packaged food F, and a hole H for taking out the individually packaged food F from the storage space S. The opening/closing box includes: a top plate 1 on which the hole H is formed; a flap 2 for opening/closing the hole H by sliding along the hole H; a side plate 3 formed to be connected to an end of the flap 2 and to be folded at a connection part L1; and a bottom plate 7 formed to be connected to an end of the side plate 3 and to be folded at a connection part L2.
