WIPER DEVICE

To provide a wiper device which reduces discomfort given to a user when actuating the wiper device while suppressing heat generation rise of a motor.SOLUTION: A wiper device includes wiper blades 2a, 2b which are connected with wiper arms 1a, 1b reciprocating and oscillating on a glass surface and wipe the glass surface of a vehicle, motors 6a, 6b which cause the wiper arms 1a, 1b to reciprocate and oscillate, and wiper control devices 10a, 10b which control the motors 6a, 6b. The wiper control devices 10a, 10b include a motor load detection part which detects load state of the motors 6a, 6b and a motor temperature detection part which detects temperatures of the motors 6a, 6b. When the load state of the motors 6a, 6b exceeds a prescribed state, a wiping speed of the wiper blades 2a, 2b is changed so as to get to slow and, when the temperature of the motors 6a, 6b exceeds the prescribed temperature, the wiper blades 2a, 2b are changed into an intermittent wiping motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】モータの発熱上昇を抑えながらワイパ装置を作動させる際に、ユーザに与える違和感を軽減するワイパ装置を提供する。【解決手段】ワイパ装置は、ガラス面上を往復揺動するワイパアーム１ａ，１ｂに接続し、車両のガラス面を払拭するワイパブレード２ａ，２ｂと、ワイパアーム１ａ，１ｂを往復揺動させるモータ６ａ，６ｂと、モータ６ａ，６ｂを制御するワイパ制御装置１０ａ，１０ｂと、を備える。ワイパ制御装置１０ａ，１０ｂは、モータ６ａ，６ｂの負荷状態を検出するモータ負荷検出部と、モータ６ａ，６ｂの温度を検出するモータ温度検出部と、を備える。モータ６ａ，６ｂの負荷状態が所定の状態を超えた場合に、ワイパブレード２ａ，２ｂの払拭速度を遅く変更し、モータ６ａ，６ｂの温度が所定温度を超えた場合に、ワイパブレード２ａ，２ｂを間欠払拭動作に変更する。【選択図】図１
