A control device performs correction processing S10 of correcting a first parameter and a second parameter using position deviations (dX and dY) between the target position calculated from an image when the substrate is viewed in a plane from a normal direction of a coordinate plane and a coating position of the liquid material. The control device performs correction processing at a time interval equal to or less than a first time interval T1 when a magnitude Δ of the position deviation is larger than a first threshold Δd, and performs correction processing at a time interval equal to or less than a second time interval T2 when the magnitude of the position deviation is smaller than the first threshold Δd. 【課題】液状材料塗布装置の生産効率を向上させる。【解決手段】本発明に係る液状材料塗布装置は、互いに直交する第1方向および第2方向を有する座標平面を用いて、基板上に塗布される液状材料の目標位置を決定する。制御装置は、座標平面の法線方向から基板を平面視した画像から算出された目標位置と液状材料の塗布位置との位置ずれ(dX,dY)を用いて第1パラメータおよび第2パラメータを補正する補正処理S10を行なう。制御装置は、位置ずれの大きさΔが第1しきい値Δdより大きい場合、第1時間間隔T1以下の時間間隔で補正処理を行ない、位置ずれの大きさが第1しきい値Δdより小さい場合、第2時間間隔T2以上の時間間隔で補正処理を行なう。第2時間間隔T2は、第1時間間隔T1より長い。【選択図】図10 |
