Zusammenfassung: | To allow for economical power supply, while meeting the same amount of planned value at the same time.SOLUTION: A controller acquires a planned value of transmission electric energy of every unit time for the transmission electric energy, i.e., the electric energy transmitted from a power supply system to a transmission and distribution network in a unit time, calculates an allowance of the transmission electric energy based on the planned value, acquires measurement results of a power measurement device for connection with the transmission and distribution network at a time interval shorter than the unit time, calculates the actual value of transmission electric energy of every unit time based on the measurement results, calculates the prediction value of transmission electric energy of every unit time based on the actual value, and changes supply power of a vapor turbine generator under transmission electric energy conditions that the prediction value is within the allowance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】計画値同時同量を満たすと共に、経済的に電力を供給することができる。【解決手段】制御装置は、電力供給システムから送配電網へ単位時間に送電する電力量である送電電力量に対し、単位時間毎の送電電力量の計画値を取得し、計画値に基づいて送電電力量の許容範囲を算出し、単位時間よりも短い時間間隔で、送配電網に接続される電力計測装置の計測結果を取得し、計測結果に基づいて、単位時間毎の送電電力量の実績値を算出し、実績値に基づいて、単位時間毎の送電電力量の予測値を算出し、予測値が許容範囲内であるという送電電力量条件の下で、蒸気タービン発電機の供給電力を変化させる、ように構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
