Zusammenfassung:To provide a high frequency induction thermal plasma device in which an inner tube of a plasma generation unit can be sufficiently cooled and a thermal load on a sealing material is reduced to thereby allow for prevention of leakage of cooling water due to melting of the sealing material.SOLUTION: The high frequency induction thermal plasma device is provided that comprises: a plasma generation unit generating thermal plasma by high frequency induction; and a chamber causing gas generated by thermal plasma to pass therethrough and cooling the gas, the plasma generation unit comprises: a double pipe structure comprised of an inner pipe with an internal space for flowing cooling water and an outer pipe; and a sealing material provided to be in contact with the inner tube to seal the cooling water. The high frequency induction thermal plasma device further comprises, at a portion in contact with the sealing member, of the lower end of the inner tube, a reinforcing portion having a greater wall thickness than other portions of the inner tube, and a water flow rotation mechanism for rotating the cooling water flow in the direction along the outer circumference of the inner tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】プラズマ発生部の内管を十分に冷却することができ、また、封止材に対する熱負荷を低減して封止材の溶損による冷却水の漏れを防止することができる、高周波誘導熱プラズマ装置を提供する。【解決手段】高周波誘導により熱プラズマを発生させるプラズマ発生部と、熱プラズマにより発生したガスを通過させて冷却するチャンバーを備え、プラズマ発生部は、冷却水を流すための内部空間を備えた内管と外管からなる2重管構造と、冷却水を封止するために内管に接するように設けられた封止材とを備え、内管の下端部の封止材が接する部分に、肉厚が内管の他の部分よりも厚く構成された補強部が設けられ、内管の一部の外側に、冷却水の水流を内管の外周に沿った方向に回転させる、水流回転機構が設けられている高周波誘導熱プラズマ装置を構成する。【選択図】図2
