HINGE DEVICE

To provide a hinge device capable of assembling a friction mechanism for regulating rotations with good workability.SOLUTION: A hinge device is equipped with a first hinge body and a second hinge body 20; and first and second links 31 and 32. One end portions of the links 31 and 32 are rotatably coupled to the first hinge body, and the other end portions are rotatably coupled to the second hinge body 20. A friction mechanism 40 is installed on a side plate portion 31b of the first link 31. The friction mechanism 40 is equipped with friction plates 41A and 41B, friction washers 42A and 42B, a leaf spring 43 energizing the friction plates 41A and 41B in an axial direction of a shaft member 36, and an attaching cylinder 44. The attaching cylinder 44 penetrates the side plate portion 31b, and supports the friction plates, the friction washers, and the leaf spring by passing therethrough. The shaft member 36 is inserted in the attaching cylinder 44, and is supported by the second hinge body 20. The friction plate is held by the second hinge body 20 so as not to relatively rotate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】回動規制のための摩擦機構を作業性良く組み付けることができるヒンジ装置を提供する。【解決手段】ヒンジ装置は、第１ヒンジ本体と第２ヒンジ本体２０と、第１、第２のリンク３１，３２を備えている。リンク３１、３２の一端部が第１ヒンジ本体に回動可能に連結され、他端部が第２ヒンジ本体２０に回動可能に連結されている。第１リンク３１の側板部３１ｂには、摩擦機構４０が装着されている。摩擦機構４０は、摩擦プレート４１Ａ，４１Ｂと、摩擦ワッシャ４２Ａ，４２Ｂと、摩擦プレート４１Ａ，４１Ｂを軸部材３６の軸線方向に付勢する板バネ４３と、取付筒４４とを備えている。取付筒４４は、側板部３１ｂを貫通するとともに、摩擦プレート、摩擦ワッシャ、板バネを貫通支持する。軸部材３６が取付筒４４内に挿通されるとともに、第２ヒンジ本体２０に支持されている。摩擦プレートは、第２ヒンジ本体２０に相対回動不能に保持されている。【選択図】図４
