Zusammenfassung:To provide a method and an apparatus for activating and dispensing a solid self-foaming hot melt adhesive composition comprising a chemical blowing agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including: melting a solid self-foaming hot melt adhesive composition comprising a chemical blowing agent at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the chemical blowing agent to form a melt; heating, in an apparatus where the melt is activated and dispensed, the melt to an activation temperature or higher at which the chemical blowing agent decomposes into a gas so as to form the adhesive composition, maintaining the adhesive composition at a pressure that is higher than the atmospheric pressure, and cooling the activated self-foaming hot melt adhesive composition in the apparatus to a temperature below the activation temperature under pressure and at a temperature above the temperature at which the activated self-foaming hot melt adhesive composition melts; and dispersing the cooled hot melt adhesive composition in the apparatus into an atmospheric pressure region and foaming the dispensed activated self-foaming hot melt adhesive composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】化学発泡剤を含む固体自己発泡性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を活性化し分注する方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】化学発泡剤を含む固体自己発泡性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を、化学発泡剤の分解温度未満の温度で溶融して、溶融物を作製することと、前記溶融物を活性化し分注する装置で、前記接着剤組成物を形成するために化学発泡剤がガスに分解する活性化温度以上に前記溶融物を加熱し、前記接着剤組成物を大気圧よりも高い圧力で維持し、装置内の前記活性化自己発泡性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を、加圧下で前記活性化温度より低く、かつ活性化自己発泡性ホットメルト接着剤組成物が溶融する温度以上の温度に冷却することと、前記装置内の冷却された前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物を、大気圧領域に分注し、分注された活性化自己発泡性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を発泡させる方法。【選択図】なし
