The movable blade structure 90 comprises at least two movable blades 110 in a manner in which, heights of crown parts 112 of the movable blades are different each other. The cutting device further comprises an air cylinder 80 as a reciprocation device for reciprocating the movable blade structure 90 between an initial position and a cutting completion position for completing cutting of the plate-shaped member, along a thickness direction of the plate-shaped member W. 【課題】小型化して製造コストを低減させることができる可動刃構造体及びそれを用いた切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】切断装置10を、固定刃180と可動刃構造体90に配された可動刃110とで板状部材Wを切断する構成とする。可動刃構造体90には、少なくとも二つの可動刃110が、それぞれの頂部112の高さを異ならせて配設される。可動刃構造体90を、初期位置と板状部材の切断を完了させる切断完了位置との間で、板状部材Wの厚さ方向に沿って往復移動させる往復移動装置としてのエアシリンダ80を備える。エアシリンダ80に可動刃構造体90が配設されている。【選択図】図5 |
