Zusammenfassung:To reduce a device size while enabling voltage detection for each light emitting element comprising a vertical cavity surface emitting laser, in a light source device provided with a light emitting unit in which a plurality of the light emitting elements are arrayed.SOLUTION: A light source device according to the present technology includes: a light emitting unit in which a plurality of light emitting elements, each comprising a vertical cavity surface emitting laser, are arrayed; and a detection unit which detects voltage at the anode or cathode of each light emitting element in the light emitting unit separately by time-division.
