Zusammenfassung: | To provide a dust adhesion prevention coated film in which adhesion of drying fouling such as dust is effectively suppressed and to which durability is added.SOLUTION: There is provided a coated film 4 formed on an upper part of a substrate 3 such as ABS, containing nano particles having particle diameter of at least 100 nm or less and a binder component, and having surface resistance of 103 Ω/sq. or less and dust adhesion rate after an abrasion test of 20% or less. Further the coated film 4 may contain a water repellent component, and the nano particle may contain at least one kind of nano particle of metal nano particles, inorganic oxide nano particles, inorganic nitride nano particles, and acrylic resin nano particles. Further the coated film 4 is formed on a body of an electric machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塵埃等の乾性の汚れの付着を有効に抑制するとともに、耐久性を付与した塵埃付着防止被覆膜を提供する。【解決手段】ABS等の基材3の上部に被覆膜4が形成されており、この被覆膜4は、少なくとも100nm以下の粒径を有するナノ粒子、およびバインダー成分を含む被覆膜であり、かつ表面抵抗が10↑13Ω/□以下、かつ摩耗試験後の塵埃付着率が20%以下である被覆膜である。更に、この被覆膜4は、撥水性成分を含有しても良いし、ナノ粒子が金属ナノ粒子、無機酸化物ナノ粒子、無機窒化物ナノ粒子、アクリル系樹脂ナノ粒子のうち少なくとも一種のナノ粒子を含有しても良い。更に、このような被覆膜4を電気機器のボディー上に形成した。【選択図】 図1 |
