Zusammenfassung:To provide a facility management system capable of managing a facility without requiring a large communication apparatus and without generating a communication charge due to usage of an external communication network.SOLUTION: The facility management system uses smart meters 31-35 that each measure a power amount and that have a wireless communication function. The facility management system includes: a sensor 11 that is provided for measuring the state of a pole transformer 2; a communication device 21 that receives a measurement signal from the sensor 11 and wirelessly transmits the measurement signal through a wireless communication function the same as that of a power amount meter; and a wireless communication network that is formed by use of the wireless communication functions of the smart meters 31-35 and that transfers the measurement signal from the communication device 21 to a collection device 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 大掛かりな通信機器を不要にし、外部通信網の利用に伴う通信料が発生することなく、設備を管理することを可能にする設備管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】 電力量を計測すると共に無線通信機能を持つスマートメータ31〜35を利用した設備管理システムである。設備管理システムは、柱上変圧器2の状態を計測するために設けられたセンサ11と、センサ11からの計測信号を受け取り、電力量計と同じ無線通信機能によりこの計測信号を無線で送信する通信装置21と、スマートメータ31〜35の無線通信機能を利用して形成され、通信装置21からの計測信号を集約装置41に転送する無線通信網とを備える。【選択図】 図1
