Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode layer capable of improving the output of a battery when used for the battery.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode layer including composite active material particles comprising positive electrode active material particles, and a coating layer containing lithium niobate that covers at least a part of the surface of the positive electrode active material particles includes steps of spraying a solution containing niobium ions and lithium ions on the positive electrode active material particles, and attaching the solution to the surface of the positive electrode active material particles, drying the solution, and forming a precursor of the lithium niobate on the surface of the positive electrode active material particles, and obtaining composite active material particles by heating the positive electrode active material particles having the precursor attached to the surface thereof at a temperature of 200°C to 300°C for 1 minute to 60 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電池に用いたときに当該電池の出力を向上させることができる正極層の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】正極活物質粒子と、当該正極活物質粒子の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆するニオブ酸リチウムを含む被覆層と、を有する複合活物質粒子を含有する正極層の製造方法であって、前記正極活物質粒子に、ニオブイオンとリチウムイオンとを含有する溶液を噴霧し、当該正極活物質粒子の表面に当該溶液を付着させる工程と、前記溶液を乾燥させ、前記正極活物質粒子の表面に前記ニオブ酸リチウムの前駆体を形成させる工程と、前記前駆体を表面に付着させた前記正極活物質粒子を200℃〜300℃の温度で、1分以上60分以下の時間、加熱することにより前記複合活物質粒子を得る工程を有することを特徴とする正極層の製造方法。【選択図】図2 |
