Zusammenfassung:To enable the efficiency of a series of processes including calibration to be increased, enable the stability of a calibration environment to be objectively known, and depending on circumstances, to enable an environment readjustment based on the result of the above to be performed.SOLUTION: The present invention executes a determination step for determining that at least one of a first condition that the temperature measured by a temperature measurement unit before a preparatory work step begins is constant over a prescribed first determination period, a second condition that the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit before a calibration step begins after the preparatory work step is terminated is constant over a prescribed second determination period, and a third condition that the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit from the start through the end of the preparatory work step fits within a prescribed temperature change width is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】検定を含む一連の処理を効率化できたり、検定の環境の安定性を客観的に知ることができ、場合によってはその結果に基づいた環境の再調整も行い得る。【解決手段】準備作業工程の開始前に、温度計測部にて計測される温度が所定の第1判定期間に亘って一定温度であることを条件とする第1条件と、検定工程の開始前で準備作業工程の終了後に、温度計測部にて計測される温度が所定の第2判定期間に亘って一定温度であることを条件とする第2条件と、準備作業工程の開始から終了に亘って温度計測部にて計測される温度が所定の温度変化幅に収まっていることを条件とする第3条件との少なくとも何れか一つを満たすことを判定する判定工程を実行する。【選択図】図6
