Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method which can efficiently and economically manufacture a temperature detection device for a heating cooker, capable of accurately detecting loading and non-loading of a cooking container on a trivet by suppressing a lead switch and a magnet from being rotated around a shaft center of a support pipe.SOLUTION: A retraction flat part 21 of the outer peripheral surface of the other side part 51b in contact with the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 11 is formed by a striking process of striking the outer peripheral surface of the other side part 51b of a cylindrical support body 51 by a metal mold 1 having a flat tip face 1a. The retraction flat part 21 is properly formed in a retraction flat part formation-scheduled position by executing the striking process in a state that a core grid 2 having a flat surface 2a is inserted into a hollow inside of the other side part 51b, and the core grid 2 is arranged so as to position the flat surface 2a facing the retraction flat part formation-scheduled position. The retraction flat part is formed by milling of cutting the outer peripheral surface of the other side part of the cylindrical support body by an end mill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】リードスイッチと磁石とが、支持パイプの軸心周りに回動することが抑制され、五徳上への調理容器の載置および非載置を精度よく検出できる加熱調理器の温度検出装置を、効率よく、経済的に製造することが可能な製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状部11の内周面が当接する他方辺部51bの外周面の引退平坦部21を、先端面1aが平坦な金型1によって筒状支持体51の他方辺部51bの外周面を叩く、叩き加工により形成する。また、他方辺部51bの中空状の内部に、平坦面2aを有する芯金2が挿入され、引退平坦部形成予定位置に対向して平坦面2aが位置するように芯金2を配設した状態で、叩き加工を実施することで、引退平坦部形成予定位置に適正に引退平坦部21を形成する。また、引退平坦部を、エンドミルによって筒状支持体の他方辺部の外周面を切削する、フライス加工により形成する。【選択図】図8
