To provide a fluid controller having a torque limiter function, and capable of preventing such an erroneous operation that an opening/closing operation is performed in a state that a torque limiter is invalidated by mistake.SOLUTION: A handle part 16 of a fluid controller 11 is composed of a first rotating member 21 rotated by an operator from the outside, and a second rotating member 22 fixed to a stem 17. A torque limiter mechanism for idling the first rotating member 21 with respect to the second rotating member 22 when idling the first rotating member 21 by prescribed torque or larger is arranged between the first rotating member 21 and the second rotating member 22. The fluid controller comprises an engagement member 23 for making the first rotating member 21 and the second rotating member 22 engaged with each other when the first rotating member 21 and a fixed member 14 arrive at prescribed distance positions accompanied by the rotation of the first rotating member 21, and invalidating the torque limiter mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 トルクリミッター機能を有し、しかも、間違ってトルクリミッターを無効化した状態で開閉操作を行うという誤操作を防止できる流体制御器を提供する。【解決手段】 流体制御器１１のハンドル部１６は、操作者によって外部から回転させられる第１回転部材２１と、ステム１７に固定された第２回転部材２２とからなる。第１回転部材２１と第２回転部材２２との間に、第１回転部材２１を所定トルク以上で回転させたときに第１回転部材２１を第２回転部材２２に対して空転させるトルクリミッター機構が設けられている。第１回転部材２１の回転に伴って第１回転部材２１と固定部材１４とが所定の距離位置に達した際に、第１回転部材２１と第２回転部材２２とを係合し、トルクリミッター機構を無効化する係合部材２３を備えている。【選択図】 図３
