The throttle body 12 is provided with a cylindrical spring guide part 26 fitted in the coil spring 18. A fully closing stopper 57 and a fully opening stopper 58, which are spaced a predetermine distance apart from each other in a circumferential direction, are provided at the spring guide part 26. The throttle shaft 22 is provided with a fully closed aperture restriction lever 60 having a fully closed contact part 60c which may contact with the fully closing stopper 57. The fully closed aperture restriction lever 60 has a fully opened contact part 60d which may contact with the fully opening stopper 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】全閉開度用規制手段と全開開度用規制手段との両規制手段をコンパクト化する。【解決手段】スロットル装置は、スロットルボデー12とスロットルバルブ14とスロットルシャフト22とスロットルギヤ16とコイルスプリング18とを備える。スロットルボデー12には、コイルスプリング18内に嵌合される円筒状のスプリングガイド部26が設けられる。スプリングガイド部26には、周方向に所定の間隔を隔てて配置された全閉ストッパ57及び全開ストッパ58が設けられる。スロットルシャフト22には、全閉ストッパ57に当接可能な全閉当接部60cを有する全閉開度規制レバー60が設けられる。全閉開度規制レバー60は、全開ストッパ58に当接可能な全開当接部60dを有する。【選択図】図4 |
