Zusammenfassung:To reduce a quantity of oil (lubricant) discharged to the outside while having a simple structure in which an injection pipe for guiding and injecting a discharge gas to a horizontal direction is not arranged.SOLUTION: A hermetic electric compressor (scroll compressor S) comprises: an electric motor composed of a stator and a rotor; a compression mechanism part rotationally driven by the electric motor; a hermetic vessel for accommodating the electric motor and the compression mechanism part therein; a discharge pipe 8 connected to an opening part which is formed above the hermetic vessel, and discharging a refrigeration gas to the outside; and an adapter 60 attached to the inside of the hermetic vessel of the discharge pipe. The adapter has an inclination part 61 which is expanded obliquely downward. A position of a lower end part PL of the discharge pipe is set within a range of a circular arc Ar with a point P0 at which a line extending to a center direction of the discharge pipe along an inner wall face of the inclination part, and a center line CL of the discharge pipe intersect with each other as a center point, and with a distance r from the center point up to the lower end part of the inclination part as a radius.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】吐出ガスを水平方向に誘導して噴射する噴射管が設けられていない簡素な構成でありながら、外部に吐出される油(潤滑油)の量を低減する。【解決手段】密閉型電動圧縮機(スクロール圧縮機S)は、固定子と回転子とからなる電動機と、電動機により回転駆動される圧縮機構部と、電動機及び圧縮機構部を内部に収容する密閉容器と、密閉容器の上部に形成された開口部に接続され、かつ、冷媒ガスを外部に吐出する吐出パイプ8と、吐出パイプの密閉容器の内側に取り付けられたアダプタ60と、を備えている。アダプタは、斜め下方に広がる傾斜部61を有している。吐出パイプの下端部PLの位置は、傾斜部の内壁面に沿って吐出パイプの中心方向に延伸させた線と吐出パイプの中心線CLとが交差する点P0を中心点とし、中心点から傾斜部の下端部までの距離rを半径とする円弧Arの範囲内に設定されている。【選択図】図2
