Zusammenfassung:	To provide a semicarbazide composition which is not deteriorated in crosslinkability not only at a normal temperature but also under the curing condition by low-temperature heating and gives a coating film excellent in water resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a semicarbazide composition which comprises a semicarbazide compound derived from hydrazine and at least one isocyanate compound selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic isocyanate and an alicyclic isocyanate, wherein the semicarbazide compound includes trimer or higher semicarbazide compounds and the content of the total of the trimer or higher semicarbazide compounds is 0.5 mass% or more and 8.0 mass% or less based on the total mass of the semicarbazide compounds.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】常温のみならず、低温加熱での硬化条件でも架橋性が低下せず、且つ、塗膜としたときの耐水性に優れるセミカルバジド組成物の提供。【解決手段】セミカルバジド組成物は、ヒドラジンと、脂肪族イソシアネート及び脂環族イソシアネートからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも１種のイソシアネート化合物と、から誘導されるセミカルバジド化合物を含むセミカルバジド組成物であって、前記セミカルバジド化合物は、３量体以上のセミカルバジド化合物を含み、前記３量体以上のセミカルバジド化合物の合計の含有量が、セミカルバジド化合物の総質量に対して、０．５質量％以上８．０質量％以下である。【選択図】なし
