Zusammenfassung: | To provide a container delivery device capable of eliminating the need for electrical control, downsizing and simplifying the device, surely conveying a product without a product failure caused by conveyance of the container, and operating at high speed.SOLUTION: A container delivery device comprises: a rotating body 13; container conveying means 15 which has container holding means 16 made so as to be able to hold/release a container B and a driven part 20 of a cam mechanism which guides the container holding means 16 onto a moving locus, and is disposed on a rotating body 13 to move around its axis; a slide mechanism 27 which makes the container conveying means 15 movable in the radial direction with respect to a rotational axis of the rotating body 13; and a driving part 31 of the cam mechanism which is disposed around the axis of the rotating body 13 and makes the driven part 20 slide-contact with the driving part 31. The driving part 31 is positioned in such a manner that the container conveying pitch of the container delivery device 1 corresponds to the container conveying pitch of upstream conveying means 102 at the position where a container B is received and corresponds to the container conveying pitch of downstream conveying means 103 at the position where the container B is send-out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 電気的な制御の必要が無く、装置の小型化・単純化を実現でき、しかも、容器の搬送を原因として製品不良を輩出することなく、確実に搬送することができ、高速動作も可能な容器受渡し装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転体13、容器Bを保持・開放可能に構成された容器保持手段16とこの容器保持手段16を移動軌跡上に案内するカム機構の従節部20とを有し、回転体13に配設されてその軸回りを移動する容器搬送手段15、容器搬送手段15を回転体13の回転軸に対して径方向に移動可能とするスライド機構27、並びに、回転体13の軸回りに設けられ、従節部20を摺接させるカム機構の原節部31を備え、原節部31は、容器受渡し装置1の容器搬送ピッチが、容器Bの受取位置では上流の搬送手段102の容器搬送ピッチに対応し、容器Bの送出し位置では下流の搬送手段103の容器搬送ピッチに対応するように位置決めして形成されている。【選択図】 図1 |
