To provide a bathroom unit in which the projection of a hose is suppressed such that the ease-of-use of a shower device provided above a handrail is improved.SOLUTION: A bathroom unit 100 includes: a shower device 2 disposed on a wall surface 72a which surrounds a bathtub 1 and a washing floor 60; and a handrail 4 extending laterally along the wall surface 72a. The shower device 2 has: a shower head 21 hooked above the one end of the handrail 4; and a hose 22 connected to the shower head 21 and droops.
