Zusammenfassung: | To support stability of a power system.SOLUTION: A tidal-current fluctuation-related information DB 101 stores tidal-current fluctuation-related information which relates to a tidal-current fluctuation in a power system. A tidal-current fluctuation information DB 102 stores tidal-current fluctuation information which indicates the level of the tidal-current fluctuation. A tidal-current fluctuation prediction model constructing unit 103 constructs a tidal-current fluctuation prediction model 104 by modeling the tidal-current fluctuation-related information and the tidal-current fluctuation information. A tidal-current fluctuation predicting unit 105 predicts a tidal-current fluctuation of a prescribed level or higher with respect to the tidal-current fluctuation-related information in a prediction time period, by using the tidal-current fluctuation prediction model 104. An alert generating unit 106 generates an alert to the tidal-current fluctuation predicted by the tidal-current fluctuation predicting unit 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
