Zusammenfassung:	To provide a rotating body support device that smooths the rotation of a rotating body compared with a case where a plurality of junctions connecting the rotating body with any of a plurality of hinges have the same ease of deflection.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 comprises: a plurality of hinges 400R, 400L; an operation panel 200 rotatably supported by the plurality of hinges 400R, 400L; a first junction 300R connecting the hinge 400R with the operation panel 200; and a second junction 300L connecting the hinge 400L with the operation panel 200.
