Zusammenfassung: | To provide a determination method enabling the occurrence of particles dispersed in air around a lumpy matter such as a raw material to be accurately determined.SOLUTION: A method for determining the occurrence of particles dispersed in air comprises: a step A of measuring a spectral reflection factor of reflected light from a lumpy matter; a step B of calculating an index value s whose magnitude is varied according to the degree of the occurrence of the particles dispersed in air on the basis of the spectral reflection factors of a plurality of wavelengths measured in the step A; and a step C determining the occurrence of particles dispersed in air when comparing the index value s calculated in the step B with the threshold value set in advance and the index value s exceeds the threshold value. When the particles dispersed in the air such as mist occur around the lumpy matter, reflected light is diffused by the influence of the particle dispersion, and a property measurement value based on the spectral reflection factor becomes abnormal, therefor, the abnormal value can be removed from the measurement data by accurately detecting occurrence of the particles dispersed in the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原料などの塊状物質の周囲に気中分散微粒子が発生しているか否かを的確に判定することができる判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】塊状物質からの反射光の分光反射率を計測する工程Aと、この工程Aで計測された複数波長の分光反射率に基づいて、気中分散微粒子の発生の程度に応じて値の大きさが変動する指標値sを算出する工程Bと、この工程Bで算出された指標値sを予め設定された閾値と比較し、指標値sが当該閾値を超えたときに気中分散微粒子が発生していると判定する工程Cを有する。塊状物質の周囲にミストなどの気中分散微粒子が発生していると、その影響で反射光が散乱され、分光反射率に基づく性状測定値が異常になるので、気中分散微粒子の発生を正確に検知することにより、その異常値を測定データから除外することができる。【選択図】図1 |
