Zusammenfassung:	To provide a coating device which makes it difficult for a web to be pulled vertically due to a surface tension of a coating liquid itself when coating an underside of the web with the coating liquid.SOLUTION: A primer coating die 14 has a front division part 36 and a rear division part 38, inclined faces 37, 39 are formed at upper parts of the front division part 36 and the rear division part 38 respectively, and a coating stabilizer 66 is provided in a horizontal direction of the front inclined face 37 of the front division part 36.
