To provide a technique for preparing for more beneficial expensive medical expense payment.SOLUTION: A medical expense payment management system: applies advance transfer processing to a medical institution account of a medical expense of a contractor on the basis of reception of medical expense request information from a medical institution system; recovers the medical expense from an exclusive account of a financial institution managing money of the contractor after processing for transferring the medical expense to the medical institution account; and determines whether to stop a medical expense payment management service including advance transfer processing to the medical institution account of the medical expense of the contractor on the basis of whether the exclusive account balance is a service maintenance balance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】よりメリットのある高額な診療費の支払いに備えるための技術を提供する。【解決手段】医療機関システムからの診療費請求情報の受信に基づいて契約者の診療費の医療機関口座への立替振込処理を行う。診療費の医療機関口座への振込処理後に契約者の資金を管理する金融機関の専用口座から診療費の回収を行う。専用口座の残高がサービス維持残高か否かに基づいて契約者の診療費の医療機関口座への立替振込処理を含む診療費支払管理のサービスを停止するか否かを判定する。【選択図】図１
