Zusammenfassung: | To provide a composite type optical film having the double effects of uniform diffusion and condensation of a preferable light ray, without causing omission of light diffusion particles, and without causing wear to other members by omitted light diffusion particles, and to provide a backlight module that attains uniform diffusion of the light ray and optimization of luminance by applying the optical film.SOLUTION: In an optical film having a light incidence surface and a light exiting surface, a plurality of micro-lens structures 211 are formed densely on the light incidence surface. The plurality of micro-lens structures are formed in irregular shapes respectively, and protrude like a circular arc from the light incidence surface so as to form a rough surface on the light incidence surface, whereas a plurality of microprism structures 221 are formed on a surface of the light exiting surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】光拡散粒子が脱落することなく、かつ脱落した光拡散粒子によって他の部材が摩損することなく、好ましい光線の均一な拡散と集光との二重の作用を具える複合式光学フィルムと、及び係る光学フィルムを応用することで光線の均一な拡散と輝度の最適化とを達成するバックライトモジュールを提供する。【解決手段】光学フィルムは、入光面と出光面とを具え、該入光面に複数のマイクロレンズ構造体211が密集して形成され、かつ該複数のマイクロレンズ構造体がそれぞれ不規則な形状に形成されるとともに、該入光面から円弧状に凸出して該入光面をラフな表面にし、該出光面の表面に複数のマイクロプリズム構造221を形成する。【選択図】図4 |
